I'm a Unitarian Universalist Accredited Interim Minister, systems thinker, and collaborative leader. And I deeply believe that our UU congregations can thrive in these challenging times.

After five years of intensive interim work helping congregations navigate transition and build healthy systems, I'm ready for what's next: creative, sustainable part-time ministry that meets the moment we're in. Ministry that's grounded, deeply engaged, and doesn't burn anyone out.
